The introduction contains (in order) general background, previous literature review (state of the art) as the basis for the statement of scientific novelty of the article, the statement of scientific novelty, and research problems or hypotheses (for quantitative research).(Septiyanda, Oktasari, & Allen, 2022) At the end of the introduction, the issues studied and the objectives of the article should be written. The conclusion contains a summary of the answers to the issues studied. The conclusion is not a repetition of the results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as expected in the objectives. Suggestions present actions to be taken related to future research ideas.
