By submitting a manuscript to the PAPUA: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SHARIA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, authors agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Ownership

  • Authors retain the copyright to their work. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors grant the PAPUA: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SHARIA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT the right of first publication. The journal is granted the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the work in all forms and media, both now and in the future, while acknowledging the author(s) as the original creators of the work.

2. License

  • All articles published in the PAPUA: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SHARIA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives license. This permits users to copy, distribute, and transmit the work for non-commercial purposes, provided the original author and source are credited, and no modifications or adaptations are made.

3. Author's Rights

  • Authors retain the following rights:
    • The right to use their work for scholarly purposes, including in their own teaching, presentations, and research.
    • The right to share the work with colleagues and distribute it for non-commercial purposes.
    • The right to include the work in a thesis or dissertation, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in the PAPUA: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SHARIA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT is included.
