ECO-FRIENDLY LIFESTYLE IN HADITH PRESPECTIVE

This research examines the concept of an environmentally friendly lifestyle in the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, focusing on its relevance to global environmental issues such as deforestation, climate change, and water crisis. Through the approach of sanad and matan analysis or Takhrijul Hadith, the research proves the authenticity of the hadith that encourages tree planting as almsgiving, the prohibition of damaging the environment, and the principle of anti-waste. The analysis shows that these teachings are not only of spiritual value, but are also in line with modern ecological facts and their implementation can contribute to the 2030 SDGs. In essence, the hadith are not only moral guidelines, but also practical solutions for sustainable development, bridging Islamic values with global efforts in nature conservation.
