Tantangan Manajemen SDM Berbasis Kompetensi pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam

Dalam lingkungan pendidikan modern yang dinamis dan kompetitif, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis kompetensi adalah topik yang harus diperhatikan. Lembaga harus meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi Lembaga Pendidikan dalam menerapkan manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari penelitian-penelitian yang pernah dilakukan seperti scientific journals, buku-buku, research reports, dan credible online sources. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik analisis data, yaitu analisis tematik dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian: Berikut beberapa tantangan yang harus diperhatikan seperti definisi dan identifikasi kompetensi, perubahan budaya lembaga pendidikan, pengukuran dan penilaian kompetensi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, integrasi dengan sistem SDM, teknologi dan alat pendukung, dan komunikasi internal. Dengan pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan, menyediakan sumber daya yang cukup untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta memastikan adanya integrasi antara sistem-sistem SDM lain nya, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini secara efektif.
