Optimalisasi Proses Belajar Mengajar: Teknik dan Taktik Instruksional yang Efektif

Education plays an important role in shaping individuals and society, where its success depends not only on the availability of information but also on how that information is delivered. Instructional techniques and tactics play a significant role in this. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to examine instructional techniques and tactics in education, allowing for an in-depth exploration of the definitions, theories, and applications of these methods in an empirical context. The results show that instructional techniques, such as traditional lectures and the use of modern technology, along with instructional tactics, such as open-ended questions and group discussions, can enhance learning effectiveness by meeting the individual needs of students. A deep understanding of instructional techniques and tactics enables teachers to develop creativity and flexibility in their teaching methods, while also emphasizing the importance of ongoing research to enrich best practices and innovations in education.
